Heavy Strong Structure Machine Bed
- The bed is welded with big thickness square tubes for 1-3kw and steel plates for 6kw-40kw, which can guarantee good stability and ensure good accuracy. Our machine bed via high precision welding, heat treatment, natural cooling, and milling processing. - With high-temperature annealing and natural aging, the welding stress is eliminated, which can prevent the deformation of the bed, reduce vibration, and guarantee good cutting accuracy.
Aviation Tensile Aluminum Beam
- The machine adopts an aviation aluminum beam, which is manufactured according to aerospace standards and extruded with 4300 tons of pressure.
