Heavy Strong Structure Machine Bed
The bed is welded with big thickness square tubes for 1-3kw and steel plates for 6kw-40kw, which can guarantee good stability and ensure good accuracy. Our machine bed via high precision welding, heat treatment, natural cooling, and milling processing. With high-temperature annealing and natural aging, the welding stress is eliminated, which can prevent the deformation of the bed, reduce vibration, and guarantee good cutting accuracy.
New Design Triangle Aviation Tensile Aluminum Beam
The drag chains for X and Z axes are also placed diagonally at an angle of 45° to reduce the motion inertia. The guide racks are co-planar to ensure the assembly precision and parallelism of the guide racks, so as to ensure the high response of X-axis. Our triangular beam design ensures that the machine bed and beam are stable and immobile under high acceleration, as well as cutting accuracy. Compared with the previous beam, the load inertia is reduced, and further optimization is carried out on the previous cast aluminum triangular gantry, which further increases the cutting accuracy and speed.
