BOCI BLT Automatic Focus Laser Cutting Head

Heavy Strong Structure Machine Bed
The bed is welded with big thickness square tubes for 1-3kw and steel plates for 6kw-40kw, which can guarantee good stability and ensure good accuracy. Our machine bed via high precision welding, heat treatment, natural cooling, and milling processing. With high-temperature annealing and natural aging, the welding stress is eliminated, which can prevent the deformation of the bed, reduce vibration, and guarantee good cutting accuracy.
Double working table

Aviation Tensile Aluminum Beam
The machine adopts an aviation aluminum beam, which is manufactured according to aerospace standards and extruded with 4300 tons of pressure. The beam is processed by T6 heat treatment which can make the beam obtain the highest strength and strong deformation resistance.
