Mechanical Workbench Deflection Compensation System

● Mechanical compensation device: When bending sheet materials, the upper slide plate will inevitably produce deflection deformation, causing the bending angle of the workpiece to be small at both ends and large in the middle. ● This machine tool is equipped with a compensation wedge and is controlled by a CNC numerical control system. ● Make the lower worktable produce pre-convexity to compensate for the deflection deformation of the upper slide plate, control the angle change of the workpiece within the tolerance range, and ensure high-quality bending accuracy.

Backgauge System

● It has the characteristics of compactness, solidity, small inertia, fast speed and high precision. ● The forward and backward movement (X-axis) and up-and-down movement (R-axis) are driven by servo motors. ● Equipped with two positioning fingers

CNC Model

●A set of standard upper and lower molds for the machine. ●The upper mold adopts multiple segmented short molds, spliced ​​to the required length, with high precision, good interchangeability, and easy disassembly and assembly. The connecting part is equipped with a compensation mechanism to compensate for the deflection of the workbench and slider when bending the sheet to ensure higher working accuracy. ●The lower mold is processed into different "V" shaped grooves for easy selection by the operator, and is equipped with a turning mechanism for the lower mold. Simply place the lifting chain on the lifting lugs of the slider and the lower mold lifting lugs, release the top template and raise the slide. The lower mold can be rotated using the block to select the required "V" groove position surface.
