Real-time monitoring of the sealing of the lower protection area effectively extends the service life of the protection lens and ensures stable production. Dustproof cover is added to the optical lens area to improve the sealing level of the core chamber and prolong the service life of the core lens. Heavy Strong Structure Machine Bed
The bed is welded with big thickness square tubes for 1-3kw and steel plates for 6kw-40kw, which can guarantee good stability and ensure good accuracy. Our machine bed via high precision welding, heat treatment, natural cooling, and milling processing. With high-temperature annealing and natural aging, the welding stress is eliminated, which can prevent the deformation of the bed, reduce vibration, and guarantee good cutting accuracy.
Aviation Tensile Aluminum Beam
The machine adopts an aviation aluminum beam, which is manufactured according to aerospace standards and extruded with 4300 tons of pressure. The beam is processed by T6 heat treatment which can make the beam obtain the highest strength and strong deformation resistance. Using ultra-high pressure tensile technology and lightweight design, the beam weight is reduced by 30% compared with tensile aluminum beam, and the strength and rigidity are increased by more than 20%. It’s more convenient for high-speed movement and it can greatly increase the processing speed.

Full Automatic Pneumatic Chuck
The pneumatic chucks are 3 times faster than electric chucks due to one-key clamping and auto centering. With large and constant clamping force, heavy tubes will be clamped stably. We use a square chuck so that it can hold more bigger size square and round tubes than the round chucks of other manufacturers.
